Track Your Order

Where is my order?

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. You will see the current status of the order, and the courier tracking number as soon as your parcel has been handed over.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the statuses mean

  • Processing — payment received, your order is being packed.
  • Shipped — the parcel is with the courier. Your tracking number is emailed to you and shown above.
  • Completed — delivered.
  • On hold — we are waiting on payment confirmation or stock.

Still stuck?

Orders normally ship within 2–3 working days. Courier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the number is issued — that is normal, the parcel is already with them.
