1. Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
• Total Delivery Time: From order confirmation to delivery, please allow a total of up to 7 working days.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across India. If you are located in a remote area, delivery may take a bit longer. You will be notified if additional time is required.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹100
• Express Shipping: Currently not available, but we’re working on it!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We will notify you via email or phone if there is a delay beyond our standard timeframe.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
